If you are good with measuring and sewing you will find the cushion(pillow) that Sarita made right up your alley. Sarita is from India and is a talented artist.

Yes, it’s still Fall and we have some tutorials to keep you busy as the weather gets colder. An Easy Wreath anyone?

I love Sunburst mirrors and want to make one of my own for our hallway entrance. Amanda shows you an easy and inexpensive way to make one. Check it out!

Hello fellow DIYers,

Summer is coming to an end soon. I hope you are still having some fun. Have you finished all you DIY projects during the summer? My favorite project I found to share with you in this issue is the Dog Bed, actually, I am calling it a Dog Home. Our pets need our DIY skills too and this particular project is charming. Your dogs…and/or your cats…and/or any other pets would certainly love this special place to relax.

Have you remodeled a bathroom and put tiles on your wall and then wondered how am I going to hang something on that wall? I have a tutorial for you to help you drill holes in that tile so that you can hang a mirror or towel rack or anything else you might want to hang.

You know how I love recycling things. Well, I have a nice article that can get your creative juices going and reclaim some space in your home as well.

Hello fellow DIYers,

Here it is August 2014 already.  I hope you are having a wonderful summer.  Are you doing any DIY projects this summer?  My summer has been great.  I managed to finish my “Coastal Lamp” and I have put a tutorial for it in this August issue.  I made it with the beautiful glass jar that I shared with you in the November issue  where Lisa from the blog “Salt Marsh Cottage” showed you how to make her beautiful “Coastal Lamp”.  I followed her lead and created my own lamp with a few twists. If you want to see Lisa’s “Coastal Lamp” can buy the November issue.

Also in this August issue of "DIY Decorating Addict” you can find out how to build a garage – no, not a REAL garage but a garage to corral your kids Matchbook cars. Lo Savarese will show you how to DIY this project which is pretty creative.

You can also find a wide range of tutorials from knocking off a Restoration Hardware clock, to covering your books for a lovely look, to painting a bathtub. Yes, I said painting a bathtub.  Actually, it is about painting the outside of a clawfoot tub.  It’s a very easy project.
