Hello fellow DIYer,
I hope you have been able to keep cool during this hot summer. We have finally decided to get Air Conditioning in our home – but this is NOT a DIY project. Some things you just need to leave to the professionals!
Speaking of Air Conditioners, find out how Mara from the Design Evolving blog is cleverly hiding hers.
Did you ever watch the TV show Friends? It was one of the funniest shows. Again, Mara from the Design Evolving blog has created a great way to recreate the pretty yellow frame that was always on Monica’s door. This was quite crafty!
There are rusty screws in this issue. Find out why!

Hello fellow DIYer,
It will be Summer here in a few weeks. Have you been doing your Spring cleaning and Spring DIY projects? If not, this issue of “DIY Decorating Addict” magazine is here to help…..at least with the DIY projects!
Melissa Viscount is with us again with 2 great tutorials. One is for creating a clever storage solution and then she shows you how to print on Burlap. If you have a Silhouette machine check out her “Silhouette Guide” too. Enjoy.
For the outdoors Ramona Cruz-Peters makes a “Hanging Potted Herb Garden”. So cute.
If you don’t like to sew and need a “Bench Cushion”, Amanda Dorich shows you how to make one without sewing. Easy!

Hello fellow DIYer,
Easter has come and gone and April is just a memory. I hope you are enjoying what is left of May and Spring. I am looking forward to the summer and doing some more projects outside. How about you?
This issue of “DIY Decorating Addict” magazine is full of very talented DIYers who have their own unique take on decorating projects. My favorites this month come from Rachael Evans of “Lovely, Crafty, Home” blog.
You saw her beautiful DIY Window Box on the cover. She also created a lovely window that looks like leaded glass. It. Is. “Awesome”.
view more..Then there is Beth Allen from “DIY Hip Chicks” with a video showing you how to install a towel bar. It’s a very easy project to help you make your bathroom shine.
I sincerely hope you enjoy this issue of “DIY Decorating Addict”. If there is anything you would like us to cover in future issues or if you just want to share something with us, then please send us an email..

I love Spring, don’t you? Everything seems to be fresh and inviting. As I write this I am listening to birds chirping just outside my window. So lovely!
I hope you had a nice Easter celebration. If you haven’t downloaded last year’s Easter issue, it will be available for FREE until the end of April 2015. In addition to several Easter tutorials there are also some other great tutorials for you to try.
One of the things that DIYers like us just LOVE to do is to “faux” something that would otherwise be expensive. In this issue you will learn how to make faux copper and how to make faux marble. Pretty impressive! Get your DIY on and have some fun!
